Purposes and lawful basis for processing
AOPA Luxembourg processes the following data:
- For member management: name, first name, address, nationality, birth date and place, phone numbers, eMail, profession, member id, picture
- For aircrew card: name, first name, pilot license data, aircraft data, picture
- For communications: name, first name, address, email
- For external contacts: name, first name, address, phone numbers, email
- For providing their internet site : IP addresses, cookies
- For promotional offers (after consent): name, first name, email
- For event organization (after consent): name, first name, email
Recipients
For the administrative work and the legitimate interests of AOPA the data is transferred to the board members of AOPA.
For promotional offers, data is transferred to the different partners after individual consent.
Retention period
- Member data : 1 year after resignation / exclusion
- Contacts : during the lifetime of AOPA

- Make any corrections of your personal data (article 16 of GDPR)
- Object to how we process the data in the limits of article 21 of GDPR
