EU Secures Avgas 100LL Supply Until 2032
The REACH Committee of the European Commission has approved Shell’s request to continue producing Avgas 100LL with TEL until April 2032, ensuring fuel availability for General Aviation. Similar approvals for WARTER and Trafigura are expected shortly. This success follows strong advocacy from IAOPA-Europe and partner associations to allow a smooth transition toward unleaded alternatives without disrupting GA operations.
