Due to the developing COVID-19 crisis, this Ordinary General Assembly 2021 is modified and will be online in the week No 11 from 15.03.2021-18.03.2021.

You will receive personal e-mails for the distribution of documents and to vote on our Voting Website with secure access.

Opening statement by the President

  1. Resignations and admissions of members
  2. Report by the Secretary General
  3. Financial report by the Treasurer
  4. Report on the bookkeeping by the External Auditors

Tuesday, 16. 03. 2021 from 19:00 h: OGA  – Vote on Part 1 via voting website

  1. Ratification of resignations and admissions of members
  2. Approval of the accounts and discharge of the treasurer by vote using Voting Website.

Friday, 19. 03. 2021 from 19:00 h : OGA – Distribution of Results of Voting Part 2

We are aware that this way of organizing a general assembly is uncommon but is forced by the  COVID-19 situation.

Votes sent to the voting Website are absolutely transparent and will be registered in order to allow the closest conformity with the statutes possible. Only full members will be invited to the votes in conformity with our statutes. We will do our best to answer all your questions by email, please send them to me on peter.sodermans@aopa.lu. I will answer with the board members concerned.

In the same way, point 12 – Any other business, will be treated by e-mail. If necessary, a publication of questions / answers and any other business is envisaged.

We hope that this e-Ordinary General Assembly will remain a unique occurrence in the history of our association. Soon we will meet again in person to share a drink, a dinner and our much-appreciated flying events.
