1. Introduction
AOPA Luxembourg invites all members to the Ordinary General Assembly 2025, a key event in our annual calendar. This gathering is not only an opportunity to review our association’s achievements but also to engage with fellow aviators and shape the future of general aviation in Luxembourg.
The General Assembly will take place on Saturday, March 8th, 2025, at 16:00h at Espace Namur, 2 rue de Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg. Mark your calendars and join us for an insightful and enjoyable event!
2. Detailed Programme
The event schedule ensures a productive and engaging afternoon:
15:30h – Registration
Arrive early to sign in and network with fellow AOPA members.
16:00h – Ordinary General Assembly
- Opening statement by the President
- Report by the Secretary General
- Financial report by the Treasurer
- Report from the External Auditors
- Review of AOPA’s activities and supported initiatives
- Discharge to the Board of Directors
- Membership fees for 2025
- Presentation and approval of the 2025 Budget
- Appointment of External Auditors for 2025
- Statutory Elections: Election of the President & Board of Directors
- Approval of some of the Articles of our non-profit ASBL
- Discussion of any other business
Candidacies for the presidency and board membership are accepted until the assembly begins.
3. Special Film Screening – A Tribute to Adrienne Bolland
At 17:00h, following the General Assembly, we will present the film “Adrienne Bolland: Les Victoires de l’Audace”, a biopic about one of the most daring female aviators of the 20th century.
Directed by Coline Béry, the film explores Adrienne Bolland’s extraordinary journey through aviation history, highlighting her triumphs, struggles, and influence. The screening will be in French with English subtitles.
4. Annual Cocktail & Finger Food Reception
To conclude the event, AOPA Luxembourg is delighted to invite all attendees to a cocktail and finger food reception at 18:00h. This is a perfect opportunity to unwind, exchange ideas, and celebrate our shared passion for aviation in a relaxed and social setting.
5. Participation & Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend in person, you may delegate your vote via a proxy form. Please ensure that it is completed, signed, and submitted before the assembly.

AOPA Luxembourg is a volunteer-driven association, and we need motivated members to help us move forward! Being a board member is not just an honorary title – it’s a working role. We need active people to support our mission and keep the association running. Without you, it does not work! Don’t think someone else will do so.
