AOPA Luxembourg is happy to invite you to the start of the 2025 flying season. As every year, we begin with a special fly-out on May 1st. This time, we will fly to Le Touquet (LFAT), a well-known destination for General Aviation pilots.
Le Touquet is a great place to visit in May. It has beautiful sandy beaches, a lively market, and many nice cafés where you can relax. The weather is usually mild, which makes it a perfect time for flying and enjoying the fresh spring air.
If the weather in Le Touquet is not good for flying, but it is still possible to fly from Luxembourg under VFR conditions, we will choose another destination in the south or East where the weather is better with approximately the same flying distance. This way, we can still enjoy the 1st of May safely.
Save the date of May 1st and get your aircraft ready! We look forward to flying together and having a great time.
